Integrity, transparency and accountability

We uphold high standards of financial integrity, ethical conduct and transparency — led by our Board and senior management, and designed to protect shareholders and stakeholders alike.

Board & diversity

A 12-member Board with 4 Independent Directors and 1 Woman Director. Non-Executive Directors strengthen strategic decision-making and oversight.

Dedicated CSR, Nomination & Remuneration and Stakeholders' Relationship committees — plus a Two-Way Communication (TCWG) framework with the statutory auditors to safeguard audit quality and transparency.

A zero-tolerance Code of Business Ethics & Conduct, reaffirmed each year by Board members, Key Managerial Personnel and senior management — fostering an integrity-driven culture.
