Sustainability is built into how we manufacture. We are moving to clean energy, recycling and reusing our water, giving back to the communities around us, and holding ourselves to high standards of governance and ethics.
An independent assessment of our environmental, social and ethical performance.
Scaling up green energy
About 50% of our total annual power requirement is now met through solar energy — a projected 45,76,772 kWh a year. This avoids an estimated ~3,726 metric tonnes of CO₂ annually (Indian grid factor of 0.82 kg CO₂/kWh) — the equivalent of removing 810 cars from the road or offsetting 615 million smartphone charges.

Water & effluent stewardship
Our effluent is treated and reused through a Zero Liquid Discharge plant, and steam condensate is recovered rather than wasted — bringing our effluent treatment cost down to about ₹0.85 per litre.
A lighter footprint
We uphold high standards of financial integrity, ethical conduct and transparency — led by our Board and senior management, and designed to protect shareholders and stakeholders alike.
A 12-member Board with 4 Independent Directors and 1 Woman Director. Non-Executive Directors strengthen strategic decision-making and oversight.
Dedicated CSR, Nomination & Remuneration and Stakeholders' Relationship committees — plus a Two-Way Communication (TCWG) framework with the statutory auditors to safeguard audit quality and transparency.
A zero-tolerance Code of Business Ethics & Conduct, reaffirmed each year by Board members, Key Managerial Personnel and senior management — fostering an integrity-driven culture.
Social
Beyond our gates, we support healthcare, education, relief and community welfare across Maharashtra and Gujarat — and we invest in a safe, inclusive and growth-oriented environment for our own people.
