{"id":1998,"date":"2026-04-29T11:32:35","date_gmt":"2026-04-29T11:32:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.anuhpharma.com\/investor-relations\/?page_id=1998"},"modified":"2026-04-29T11:37:20","modified_gmt":"2026-04-29T11:37:20","slug":"saksham-niveshak-100-days-second-campaign","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.anuhpharma.com\/investor-relations\/saksham-niveshak-100-days-second-campaign\/","title":{"rendered":"Saksham Niveshak \u2013 100 Days Second Campaign"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-page\" data-elementor-id=\"1998\" class=\"elementor elementor-1998\" data-elementor-post-type=\"page\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6f35a43 overlap-wrapper e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"6f35a43\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c7f1290 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c7f1290\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>FROM 01<\/b><b>ST<\/b><b> APRIL, 2026 TO 09<\/b><b>TH<\/b><b> JULY, 2026.<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pursuant to the directions issued by the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA), Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), vide mail dated 27<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> March, 2026, shareholders are hereby notified about the launch of the \u201cSaksham Niveshak \u2013 100 Days Second Campaign\u201d, scheduled from 01<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">st<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> April, 2026 to 09<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> July, 2026.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This initiative aims to create awareness amongst investors and facilitate the resolution of pending issues relating to unclaimed dividends and shares, updation of KYC and nomination details, and enable investors to claim their rightful entitlements.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Section 124(2): Companies must publish details of unpaid dividends on their websites within 90 days of transfer to the Unpaid Dividend Account.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Section 124(5): Dividends remaining unpaid\/unclaimed for 7 years are mandatorily transferred to the IEPF.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Section 124(6): Shares underlying such unclaimed dividends must also be transferred to the IEPF Demat Account.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shareholders who have not claimed their dividends or whose shares\/dividends are liable to be transferred to IEPF are requested to:<\/span><\/p><ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Visit the IEPF website <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.iepf.gov.in<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for claim filing procedures.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Visit the Company\u2019s website <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.anuhpharma.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.anuhpharma.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> under the Investor Relations section for details of unpaid dividends and shares liable for transfer.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Further, pursuant to SEBI Circulars:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SEBI\/HO\/MIRSD\/POD-1\/P\/CIR\/2023\/70 dated 17 May 2023, and<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SEBI\/HO\/MIRSD\/MIRSD_RTAMB\/P\/CIR\/2021\/687 dated 16 December 2021,<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">it is mandatory for all investors to update their PAN, KYC, Nomination, Bank details, Contact details (postal address, mobile number), and Demat account linking (where applicable) to avoid freezing of folios and to ensure seamless processing of corporate benefits.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The dividends on shares are payable only in electronic mode i.e. dividends will be credited directly to the bank accounts of the shareholders.
